Capacity Boost at Tiarco Chemical Plant

Tiarco Chemical, a subsidiary of Textile Rubber & Chemical Company, recently announced the ongoing expansion of its Dalton, Georgia chemical production facility. The chemical site produces a variety of component chemistry used in the manufacture of lubricant, latex articles, water treatment markets. Tiarco Chemical also serves the growing demands of the contract & toll manufacturing market. This project is a strategic investment, which will further ensure the company’s ability to meet future industry demand and demonstrates Tiarco’s commitment to serving these key markets.

Tiarco adds capacity at Dalton plant

The primary motivations for the expansion included, improving efficiencies of operation, adding a level of automation and control to production, and to increase capacity. This 40 percent capacity increase is scheduled to be fully operational by the second quarter of 2018.
